Parking Lot Sealing
A large portion of every business’ property is their parking lot. It is the first thing a customer sees when approaching the business front and it also acts as a navigation site for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Commercial driveways and asphalt areas like parking lots are more susceptible to damage over time than residential driveways. This is largely due to the greater number of vehicles, trucks and machinery that are driven over them.
OUR PROCESS
The entire parking lot receives a full cleaning service. High powered backpack blowers, walk-behind blowers and commercial grade brooms are used to remove all dirt and debris from the pavement surface.
Once everything has been removed, we carefully use shields, boards, and tape to spray the perimeter of the parking lot surface . This way, the property remains free from all sealant. If the pavement requires any crack sealant application, it would be completed at this time as well.
The entire asphalt surface is then sealed using an oil based asphalt sealant. The sealer is applied in cross hatch pattern allowing for a streak-less, uniform coating.
The property is then closed off using caution-tape, keeping all vehicle and pedestrian traffic off the surface until the sealant has fully cured.
